Our preferred main meal for the evening is:
Leg of Lamb
Very traditional. Slow roasted, sliced and served with pan juice gravy.
Roast Potato
Baby potatoes sprinkled with sea salt and Thyme.
Savory Rice
Buttered with cubed vegetable bits & spices.

Selection of seasonal vegetables
Creamed Spinach
Silky, slow-cooked spinach in a rich, creamy sauce.
Chicken Roulade
De-boned chicken, filled with feta, pesto, olives & peppadews.
Rolled, & roasted. Served with pan juice gravy.
As the kitchen is focused on delivering the best quality meal for all guests, they would prefer to keep things as simple as possible with the above being served to the majority of the guests. However, we fully understand that some of you may have dietary requirements which don't allow for this. We are therefore also offering the two options below:​

Melanzane Bake
Layers of pan-fried brinjal, parmesan cheese, and a rich tomato-onion ragout, baked with a cheddar topping. Served with the wedding’s vegetables and potatoes.
